With the adjectives refined, mysterious and elegant in mind, my goal was to create a high-contrast serif font inspired by Mayan ruins and patterns. Mayan patterns are known for their geometric precision, often consisting of repeated geometric shapes, such as squares carefully arranged in intricate and symmetrical designs. The final combination of a clean serif and the Mayan-inspired geometric patterns gives the typeface a unique character that is both subtle and elegant with a touch of intrigue.
